I hate registration
Mar. 9th, 2004 11:19 amBesides the fact that I always get SCREWED with registration, I'm totally unsure about the rest of my college career. Technically, I only need to take one Outdoor Education class (gym equivalent) for 1 credit, and a 3-credit Senior Project in order to graduate. Well, I really really would like to go on the Honduras trip next Spring, in which case I'd have to stay the whole year. I also want to take Dogsledding in the winter (Spring falls under Winter's tuition), which would satisfy my Outdoor Ed requirement. BUT...I could technically graduate early and just take Dogsledding and my senior project OUTSIDE of being a full-time student, in which case I'd only have to pay for the credits and NOT the tuition (BIG savings). Aaaaaand...if I take those two in Winter, I relly need nothing next fall. I really want to take Animal Behavior, but again, I could take that outside of tuition charges, just by itself. Aaaaaaaand I thinkwith the Honduras trip he said it's possible to just grab our own airfare down, meet them there and join them, without actually being IN the class. All very complicated. So...I could stop being a full-time student right now and not add on a year's worth of tuition. OR I could stay and take classes FOR FUN, with tuition. I mean, when put that way, it's an obvious decision, right? But...ugh. I can't make such a huge decision right now. And I just registered for some courses, kinda half-hazardly, cause I don't actually NEED any of them. I hate making big decision like this. I'm such an indecisive person.
Edit: OK, I can't graduate with just that. After this semester and Spring, I'll have a total of 113 credits, and I need 124 to graduate. 11 credits, so I really do need another semester. So maybe just take Dogsledding and Honduras as add-ons? Ugh. Sorry for bugging you all with this, I just need to work it out in my own mind.
Awwww, and my roommate says she still loves me, even after I rambled endlessly to her about this mess. Hee! Roomies always know just what to say.
