It's been frickin' freezing here lately (literally), but there is a reason for living in Wisconsin. The last two nights we've had amazing displays of the Northern Lights that go on for hours. This is the fourth time I've seen the aurora, but the first I've ever seen it dance, and it is absolutely awe-inspiring. There's really no way to describe it.
Oh, and on that whole politics thing? After quite a few days in a funk, I've decided I'm not going to let it affect me like that. You only live every day once, and I'm not going to ruin even one of them getting depressed and worried over what I can't change. In other words, off to read some good ship fic ;)
