I'm a shame....

2 days too late. I'm sorry, my mind is a sieve.

Hope your BDay was grand,
jesouhaite47! *mwah*!!
And because I'm the queen of consolidation, ...I went on the big orange truck for the wolf/bison demonstration today, which was very cool. The alphas put on quite a show (they distracted a young bison away from the herd and Marion even got kicked to the ground) and the bison were all around us, looking at us for apples. Spike, the big male, was RIGHT THERE within touching distance. Hee.
I wasn't watching when we drove away; Erich drove under a tree and the branches knocked my head into the bar on the truck. Owwww. So I went around the whole day with a slight headache and a bar-shaped bump on my forehead. The interns had quite a laugh over it *L*.
After work went out and napped and read on the bench on the bridge. The sun was shining, it was perfect temperature, and the birds were flying and calling all around me. It was wonderful. Moved on to reading by the wolves while they slept - first Socrates, Kiri, and then the Alphas. It's quite nice being able to get inside the safety fence and lie down within feet of a sleeping wolf and just read. Finished with a howl with Erin (the practicum) and Vicki before heading in for the night. What a wonderful day. If it wasn't for the headache it would have been perfect.
