memento1I'm at the end of my pitiful little rope. My computer is now more messed up than ever before. And the best part is that I probably caused it. At this point, Norton and Ad-Aware come back clean whenever I run them (well, not so much Ad-Aware...it's like the adware comes back every time) , but I'm still getting pop-ups (though not as many) and my internet is more screwed up than ever. It's slow, not loading properly, not acting normally. I can't move or delete e-mails from my Hotmail inbox. It does nothing when I try to press buttons to moderate at Creative, and even says I haven't typed anything when I try to post.
Add/Remove Programs doesn't list any programs that aren't supposed to be there anymore, as I either unistalled or manually deleted the ones I could find (yes, no need to reminds me that was stupid). I've cleared caches, temp folders...I literally have no clue what else to do. Tomorrow I'm calling IT, but I can just GUESS how they'll respond. What am I supposed to say? My internet isn't acting properly? I'm so, so, so sick of this. Please, if anyone has any insight, help me out. I'm feeling entirely hopeless.
