Photoshop stuff

Have been quite artistic lately. I'm quite excited about the return of muse.

First off, I made a tutorial on how to make silhouettes in Photoshop with the pen tool (ooooo, skeery).

Then made 2 borderless collages - one on black and one on white.

Liked the white one so much I used it to redesign my LJ. This is the first time I've redesigned since I started my LJ over a year ago, and it's going to take some getting used to, but I'm surprisingly happy with it.

Am also developing a cold. It's staying pretty low-key because I'm on a short school break and I'm getting a lot of rest, but it's not pleasant.

Stargate finale tonight! Eeeee!

Loving that 'splatter' look you got in your first collage, the effect looks awesome.

Hope you feel better! Drink lots of coffee and watch lots of Stargate. I'm pretty sure that'll cure anything.

Wha....wuh....ah....oh....wait, lemme catch my breath. My jaw was dropping to the floor when I saw your LJ and the full collages.

You pick the best screencaps. I don't know how you do it. And the brush strokes effects is amazing! I've always wanted to learn how to do that! So two thumbs and two big toes up :D

Awwww, thank you! I was just glad to be creating again. I've missed Photoshop!

And, well...the paint one isn't even using screencaps *L* Both pictures were promo shots from some season or other, or a magazine. So they were really high quality and artistic. And I can't take credit for the brush strokes...it's quite simply 2 brushes off of Vered's (http://veredgf.fredfarm.com/vbrush/main.html) "Paint Play" brush sets.
