The Little Moments

The last few days I've been stressing. It's finals week, and though I only have one final (tomorrow morning), I've been rushing to finish paper upon paper upon paper for all my other classes. At this point I still have 1 more paper to write, a series of shorter papers, and I still haven't studied for that final. I just went downstairs to the dorm kitchen for a warm snack to hold me over. As I was waiting for the microwave to spit out my chili, I walked past the refrigerator, covered in magnetic poetry students made earlier this year by pasting magazine words on magnets. One series caught my eye: "Life Is To Short". And a little ways beside it, "savor". It's amazing how a little thing like that can really put things in perspective.

Good luck with your work!
