I must be crazy.

I asked for, and received, my 6th animal assignment today - Nuez the agouti. This brings my total count to
Goblin - Hamadryas Baboon
Salsa - Catalina Macaw
Sage and Spirit - Cougar brothers
Sadie - Sheep
Julietta - Emu
Nuez - Agouti
Holy. CRAP. I am crazy. But Nuez was on the extras list for the 3rd and final time - the bottom of the heap, as it were. And he's just so cute and adorable. The agouti is a small South American rodent - about the size of a rabbit with long spindly legs. Nuez has a strange fondness for peeing on people's legs, but he just gets so excited about anyone coming to visit him - he makes this high-pitched squeaking sound and tries to get as close as possible. So cute!
But what was I THINKING?!? I'm going to be so busy this summer, not to mention this spring as I try to turnover on all 6 (7, if you count the 2 boys) animals. So we'll see how this goes. It sure is going to be interesting!
I have so much to catch up on...I had a massive test today so I've barely gotten on-line at all in the last few days. I'm also very short on sleep. But I think I did well on the test, so that's good. And even though classes are cancelled Friday and Monday, they've scheduled zoo workdays for both those days, meaning I'll be there the whole day. *sigh* No holiday for me.
But oh, oh!! There's been BIG shippy West Wing spoilers going around and though I resisted at first, I caved within a day and read them all. SQUEEEEE!!! I just may die of happiness when March gets here. *silently freaks out and dedicates herself to fannish pursuits all weekend*
